Offline Messages
When the administratoruser is not available, a specific feature becomes active.
If a uservisitor starts a chat when the administratoruser is offline, their messages will be automatically redirected to the offline messages section on the administrator'user's side.
This feature makes sure that when usersvisitor try to communicate, their messages are recorded and organized. The messages are stored and wait for the administrator'user's attention when they come back. This ensures smooth and efficient handling of uservisitor inquiries, even if the administratoruser is not online in real-time.
