Offline Messages

When the administrator is not available, a specific feature becomes active.

If a user starts a chat when the administrator is offline, their messages will be automatically redirected to the offline messages section on the administrator's side.

This feature makes sure that when users try to communicate, their messages are recorded and organized. The messages are stored and wait for the administrator's attention when they come back. This ensures smooth and efficient handling of user inquiries, even if the administrator is not online in real-time.
