Offline Messages

In the event that the administrator is unavailable, a feature is implemented wherein any user initiating a chat during the administrator's offline status will have their messages automatically redirected and stored in the designated "Offline Messages" section within the administrator's panel. This functionality ensures that communication attempts from users are captured and organized for the administrator's attention upon their return, facilitating a seamless and efficient handling of user inquiries even in the absence of real-time administrator presence.
