Chat Invite And Accept Notification

When a user, candidate, or applicant initiates a chat on our website, the system detects the incoming request.

At the same time, if the admin is using our mobile app and is currently online, they'll immediately receive a notification alerting them to a new chat request.

 

When a user sends a chat, the admin will receive the option to either accept or decline it on the visitor screen.

If the admin accepts the chat, the user will receive a message indicating that the admin has joined the chat. From there, they can communicate with each other
