Chat History

Upon the conclusion of a chat session, whether initiated by the user or the administrator, the entire conversation history is automatically preserved and accessible within the "History" tab of the administrator's panel. This comprehensive log includes essential user information such as applicant name, day, date, and time of the chat initiation, location, website URL, attachments exchanged during the conversation, and the reason for initiating the chat. Administrators are empowered with the ability to review this detailed information and further manage the interaction by modifying the chat status as needed, enhancing overall administrative control and oversight.
